Knitting // Neon ombre mittens from Ship & Shape.
Crochet // This crochet arrow pattern is a perfect project for February!
Etsy // I love the contrasting grey and neon coral colors on this "Je T'aime" pillow from Bright July.
Style // This photo is from a beautiful anniversary shoot by the talented photographer Kristen Marie. I love this snapshot of the model's braided bun, floral collar, and heart sweater.
Art // A colorful studying girl illustration by Out of Paper.
Food // This dutch baby pancake from Alice of Little Llama looks so delicious! I've always wanted to make one. I think breakfast for dinner needs to happen this week. The month of love is here. I will do my best to keep my grumbling to a minimum and instead, focus on sharing love with others and occasionally treat myself to heart-shaped desserts. :)
I had a great weekend filled with lots of projects, writing patterns for my shop, and other fun things. Hopefully I can get some of these patterns up for sale in the next few weeks. I also plan on announcing the details for the second Sheepish Yarn Bombing day this week. Do you think you will be able to participate? I hope so!
The Super Bowl might be tonight, but it couldn't possibly interfere with my Sunday evening Downton Abbey tradition. I mean, if it was the Super Downton Bowl and the upstairs characters were playing against the downstairs characters then maybe I would change the channel. How great would that be? Haha. Until that happens, I will stick to my plan and watch tonight's new episode. Can't wait!
How was your weekend? Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

Those mittens are so adorable!

I love the Blush list posts so much!
ReplyDeleteThose knitted arrows are the cutest things ever!
I'm a terrible knitter, but I'm looking forward to the next Yarn Bombing project!
ooh those mittens are gorgeous!! I'm planning on joining yarn bombing day if we get the weather for it - Scotland has been rainy and windy this year so far :D
ReplyDeleteI so wish I had hair that could do that sort of style, if there was one thing I could change about myself it would be to have lovely thick hair - my youngest daughter has somehow grown beautiful glossy curls so I'm living my hair dreams vicariously through her!!! On another note, I'm in love (it's the season for it!) with those mitts ;)

This is just an overall inspiring post... all of these pictures make me want to braid my hair, crochet, and eat dutch pancakes with strawberries on top. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's so funny that you know who Kristen Marie is. Two of my friends had her shoot their wedding and I fell in love with her photography.
ReplyDeleteI'm totally having a neon moment right now, so those first mittens just grabbed me. I'll be heading over for the arrow pattern... so cute!
ReplyDeleteYAY for another Sheepish Yarn Bomb. My old one is still there, although it looks a bit weathered at this point. Might be time to replace it with something fresh and new! ;)
cute neon gloves and I love those arrows :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the shout out!
ReplyDeleteLove the arrows!
ReplyDeleteLove,

These arrows are just perfect!

Would those mittens have to be made with ombre yarn? And that illustration made me almost miss college studying...almost. And grumble grumble!! I love grumbly ladies about February. I hate to say it, but I'm such a cynic about it too.
ReplyDeleteThose Ombre gloves are just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI've been trying to get my mama to knit me those ombre mittens for so long now!
ReplyDeleteAdorable!
